Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for a refund 2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 3. Refund: We will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. What does the name BahTu mean?

The name "BahTu" originates from the Bahasa word "batu," meaning rock, stone, or boulder. In Tagalog, "bato" also translates to rock or stone. The addition of the "h" gives it a unique flair.
Where are you located?

We are an online store based out of San Antonio, Texas.
What are your pots made of?

Our pots are handcrafted with a blend of materials including but not limited to cement, sand, recycled paper, perlite, peat moss, coffee grounds, and/or tea grounds. Each pot is made with love and much care!
